Two flexible packages

Choose the level of support your store needs.

No lock-in contracts — pay annually or monthly, either way.

Basic Subscription Package

  • Remote Technical Support – call our service team on +61 (0)2 8507 3009 for assistance. Our team can log on remotely and troubleshoot any problems your store may be experiencing with the cigarette vending machine.
  • Automatic Software Updates – as with any technology, software requires updates from time to time. If your site has the capability, we manage these updates remotely.
  • Planogram Updates – the market continues to change, including new pack requirements. VDMS supports you with 2 planogram updates per year, including advising your POS company (if integrated) of the changes.

Advanced Subscription Package

  • Digital Media – if you have media screens on the front of your machine, you gain access to VDMS Vision, our cloud-based media platform, to update point-of-sale material and digital price boards (state specific).
  • VDMS Central – data mining for out-of-stock reporting, dispensing data, event data (such as when doors have been opened), and sales/shrinkage investigations.

Please note: the Advanced Subscription requires stores to have VDMS-approved media screens installed. If you’re not yet equipped, speak with our team about arranging an upgrade. Choose to pay annually or monthly, with no lock-in contracts. Whichever plan you choose, you’re backed by a team committed to retail excellence.
